For your height and weight if you are after an all mountain board you should go for something around a 165. If you are after a freestyle board go a bit shorter than that if you are after a freeride board go a bit longer. As far as width you will probably need a wide or a mid wide board. Basically when you have your bindings on you don't want much more than about 1 cm overhang on either side of the board otherwise you will get toe and heel drag which is not good at all. Im not sure what your level of riding is but ive listed some boards below which you could look into. Ive also listed whether they are wide or mid wide and the level of riding they are suitable for.

Burton Bullet Beg/Int Wide

Burton Royale Int/Adv Wide

Burton Baron Adv Wide

K2 Union Int Mid Wide

K2 Nemisis Int/Adv Mid Wide

K2 Titan Int/Adv Wide

Salomon Patrol Int/adv Mid Wide

Arbor Roundhouse Int/adv Mid wide

Ride Decade Beg/Int Wide

Ride Yukon Int/adv Wide

Option Booter Beg/Int Wide

Rome Machine Int/Adv Wide

Rome Flag Int/Adv Mid Wide

Option Makenhan Int/Adv Wide

Both the Decade and Makenhan come in both regular and wide sizes so watch out for that. Good luck.
Reply:I bought my son a snowboard this winter and the man at the ski shop said to pick a snowboard in a length that comes up to your chin. Talk to someone at your local ski shop (If you have one, don't know where you live) or go to a snowboard site where they have the live chat option to talk to a professional who can give you more info. Have fun this winter!
