Hello, i wanted to know if there are any paints or markers out there that i can buy to use when costumizing my own shirts or shoes that will not bleed, crack or fade after rain, wash ect...

Just go to your craft store and they have alot of fabric pens, fabric paints, books on how to and what not.
Unless you want to spend a lot of money on an airbrush, special paint for the airbrush, screens, etc.
