I bought those MBT SHOES today, but in one shoe a material is loose and it feels annoying , Can I Exchange it?

Also i got a size too big?


i like these mbt shoes except i just want to change the size and the material in one shoe is loose and i can feel it scratching against my foot





these are 300 shoes, i bote them today





they were ordered, the thing is , i think the woman that sold them to me said like, once u get them u have to buy.,, somethin she said kinda gave me the impression that i can%26#039;t exchange them , once i get them

What does the receipt say about the store%26#039;s return policy? We can%26#039;t possibly know the answer to this question. It depends on the store where you bought the item from. If its not on the receipt, call them to find out.
