Do you ever check the quality of your shoes?

When you buy sport shoes like nike, adidas, prada etc do you ever bother to check the quality of the shoes and the material it was made with?

Yes. They are not as good as when adidas and pumas were made in West Germany and France during the '70s and '80s.


Before, when I walk on my adidas superstars, they squeak on the floor which means they have good traction. Now, all you hear is knocking on the floor when you walk on them.
Reply:Buy RedWing shoes, wear them everyday for 10 years and then buy a new pair... the old pair can then become work around the house shoes. Very few good old line American products left ... but RedWing shoes are a keeper. Mine are going on 12 years... everyday use too.
